The liquid supply system MESSIER MC 42 is a system applied on square edgebender lines for wood panels which increases the quality of the finished product and saves working tools from wear and tear.
With MESSIER MC 42 , it’s possible to supply every type of liquid used while edgebending panels:
- Separating liquid (non-stick): if sprayed on theupper and lower surfaces of the panel, this liquid prevents the overflown adhesive from adhering to surfaces after edge pressing, which would make them matted and not good looking.
- Antistatic and cooling liquid: makes the supplied adhesvie cool down faster, protecting the working tools (milling machines, edge trimmers, etc.) from glue residuals. It also works as antistatic system, reducing the adherence with dust on the panel.
- Cleansing liquid: improves the functioning of piece refininement tools (glue-scraper and/or brushes), eliminating the last adhesive residuals.
Thanks to the use of high efficiancy nebulizers, MESSIER MC 42 guarantees results that other systems cann’t obtain: the liquid is evenly spread, giving optimal results and using it at best without wasting any.
Through the flux control option MESSIER UC it’s possible to reveal any anomalies about the quantity of liquid supplied, showing anomalies related to empty tanks, nubilizer nozzle blockage or problems related to the pnaumatic system.
With the optional Bluetooth interface, it’s possible to manage MESSIER MC 42 via PC or mobile device.
