The skin gluing system has been designed to allow perfect pairing between skims in the paper roll production lines for industrial use.
The adhesive distribution section is composed of nubulizing guns, which supply the adhesive between the 2 skims, adjusting the adhesive quantity with the production speed.

On a preexisting line, the addition of anti-scratch wax was requested on the surface of the tiles to protect them from scratches.
The system consists on aligning the tiles before supplying the wax.

The adhesive supply occurs through spray guns, which allows you to increase the surface protected by the wax. This guarantees low thickness and prevents and modifcations of the height of the boxes in which the tiles go in.

Our automatic abrasive assembly line allows the gluing of abrasives for polishing floors through the application of a hot adhesive.

Our softwares for bottle labeling lines allow an efficient and fast gluing through the use of management and control tools, which are useful to verify the correct functioning.

This assembly line has the task of assemblying trowels, which are used in the construction sector, with the Hot-Melt technology.
