The ply gluing system is designed to allow perfect ply gluing in industrial roll paper production lines.

The adhesive dispensing section consists of air-blast guns that distribute the adhesive between the 2 plies, adjusting the quantity of adhesive according to the production speed.

An existing line required the addition of scratch-resistant wax to the surface of tiles to protect them from abrasion.

The system aligns the tiles before dispensing the wax.

The dispensing is carried out by means of spray guns, a solution that makes it possible to increase the surface area protected by the wax, at the same time guaranteeing a low thickness and avoiding the need to modify the height of the boxes to compensate for the increase in tile height.

Our automatic abrasive assembly line enables the gluing of abrasives for sanding and polishing floors by applying a hot adhesive.
