A.G.C. has been designed to solve problems related to the continous supply of adhesive in lines with fixed or variable.
The system monitors the speed of the production line and adequately adjusts its functioning parameters; this way, the quantity of adhesive dispensed on the material remains constant, regardless of the speed at which the production is done. The quantity of adhesive is managed through an analog signal (standard 0r – 10V) which controls the supplied pressure from a proportional valve (in systems equipped with a pneumatic pump) or the rotation speed of the gear pump.
The system also controls the supply gun, automatically activating it whenever the speed of the line reaches the working value.
Other than the functions aimed for managing and maintaining the system:
- The speed control system of the line resets the pressure from the hydraulic system (or stops the gear pump) when the production speed goes lower than a certain value which was set before;
- The maintenance function allows you to manually reset the system’s pressure to verify its functioning and for cleaning. This function, together with the possibility to manually activate the supply gun, allows you to fully test the system even with the line stopped.
The system is easy to use, It requires a very few interventions from the operators, which makes the A.G.C. the ideal solution for many different types of lines (shopping bags production, paper goods, etc.).
