MC-PALLET - MC-PALLET

The MC-PALLET system has been devised to solve the issues related to applications in which the hot-melt is used to ensure the rigidity of the packs in the stack (eg. Of pallet stabilization), allowing the elimination of materials that create problems disposal (eg. steel straps), with considerable advantages both economic and ecological.

The control logic is automatically handles the alternation between the packs do not paste (belonging to the upper layer of the stack) and those to be bonded (instead positioned in the lower layers).

The figure below shows a typical application of the pallet stabilization system using hot-melt.

By means of the display panel to which the system is fitted, it is possible to control the number of transactions packs, their status (glued or not glued) and insert all the operating parameters.
The MC-PALLET also allows to manually change the number of pieces transited, allowing the operator to restore the operation of the system in case one or more transited packs should be discarded.
The system is also equipped with a disabling input through which it is possible to exclude the control of the pieces in transit: in this way all packs will receive the adhesive, allowing, for example, the purging of the guns.
The MC-PALLET is easily interfaced to electronics already present, allowing a rapid integration also on lines already operating.
