EASY-FIL HOPPER FILTER

the optional filter EASY-FIL can be installed on any EASY-CHARGE system and prevents small objects and dust from entering inside the tank of the applicator.

It also prevents the fumes generated by the melted adhesive from dispersing in the environment.

The filter is especially recommended in very dusty places where pollutants could enter through the ventilation holes located on the hopper (ex. sugar, salt, flour, building adhesives, etc.).

EASY-FIL is available in 2 versions:

• Default filtering kit cod. EASY-FIL
• High efficiency activated charcoal filtering kit cod. EASY-FIL/HE

In the picture on the side you can see the EASY-FIL kit installed on the charge hopper of the EASY-CHARGE charger.

The default filtering kit cod. EASY-FIL consists of a paper filter and all the other components needed to install it on the charge hopper.

It can be used for any situation where eliminating the fumes created by the adhesive is not particularly needed.

The filtering cpaacity of dust and pollutants instead it’s the same as high efficiency kits.

The high efficiency filtering kit cod. EASY-FIL/HE consists in an activated charcoal filter and all the other components needed to install it on the charge hopper.

compared to the standard version, the EASY-FIL/HE offers way better filtration towards microparticles and adhesive fumes dispersed in the environment, this characteristic makes it incredibly useful for working environments like the pharmaceutical and food industry.

Thanks to EASY-FIL/HE it’s possible to greatly reduce the odors present near the tank of the applicator.
