CG650 ELECTROMAGNETIC GUN

The CG650 gun has been designed to offer an alternative to the electropneumatic guns of the 88210 series.
compared to any other type of electropneumatic gun, the CG650 has 3 important improvements:
- It doesn’t need connections to a pneumatic supply, given that the activation happens via electrical control. This makes it easy to install, and also totally silent;
- More supply speed: compared to the electropneumatic guns, the CG650 is able to work at very high speeds (depending on the viscosity of the fluid used it’s possible to supply the liquid in even under 2 milliseconds);
- more durable, thanks to the fact that there aren’t any gaskets on the moving parts, which are often used in pneumatic guns.
È dotata sulla parte posteriore di una manopola di regolazione micrometrica che permette di dosare la dimensione delle gocce di fluido erogate.
Per poter garantire buone prestazioni ed ottenere elevate velocità di intervento la pistola elettromagnetica necessita di driver EMMECI con over-boost:

La pistola CG650 è in grado di operare con fluidi di varia natura*, come adesivi a freddo, essenze, oli o altri liquidi aventi viscosità medio/basse.
* Per l’utilizzo con fluidi chimicamente aggressivi è disponibile una versione speciale resistente ai solventi
