MC-PALLET

The MC-PALLET system was designed to ensure stability in box stacking (ex. stabilizing pallets), eliminating materials that cause waste disposing problems -like bands-, which gives many economical and ecological benefits.

The device manages the alternation between boxes that don’t have to be glued (upper layer of the stack) and the ones that have to be glued (all the lower layers) independently.

The picture below shows a typical application of the pallet stabilization system with hot-melt.

Through the display it’s possible to check the number of boxes passed through, their state (glued or not glued) and insert every functioning parameter.

MC-PALLET allows you to modify the number of boxes that passed, whihc allows the user to reset the system’s functioning in case if one or more boxes have to be discarded.

The system is also equipped with a disable function which can ignore the boxes that pass through: this way every box will get glued, which for example, cleans the guns out.

The MC-PALLET is easily adaptable with the already existent electronics, which makes it easy to install and grants a quick network even on operating lines.
