Emmeci Elettronica, aiming to satisfy our clients, is always looking for developing innovative solutions.

Our main characteristic is to not limit ourselves to solving problems, but to study and offer alternative solutions which could add value in what we do and allow our client to get better work processes and productivity.

Our company is located in Bologna, in Italy.

Thanks to the fact that we are located in a highly concentrated area with companies producing packaging and assembly lines, We earned a lot of experience in industrial adhesive usage, which made us develop even very specific products to improve and optimize gluing.

COLD-GLUE

Cold glue is a cheap adhesive, useful to bond permeable materials, which allows you to make irreversible gluings even at high speed, but requires longer to make the materials adhere . We own a wide selection of accessories and systems, useful to adapt this type of gluing.

We can supply fluid transfering and dosing systems for many types of viscosisties and compositions. They can be paired with automatic regolating systems of the quantity of the deposited liquid depending on the line speed.

We are able to provide various types of fluid supply guns: air-operated, electropneumatic (provided with internal solenoid valve) and electromagnetic (entirely electrically controlled) guns. Our technical staff is at your complete disposal to value which type of gun is more suitable depending on the characteristics of the supplied fluid, on the application speed and on the type of control requested.

The MESSIER MC42 system produced by Emmeci Elettronica deals with dispensing nonstick, lubricant or detaching liquids that are used in woodworking to increase the final product’s quality. Compared to other similar systems, MESSIER MD42 offers a way better fluid nebulization, the possibility to detect dispensing anomalies, and it’s remotely controllable (from tablet or smartphone) thanks to the specifically designed app.

HOT MELT

Hot melt is a solid thermoplastic material that adheres with the surface once heated, creating a type of bonding potentially irreversible. The advantage this gluing method gives is the fast grip speed . For more than twenty-five years, we’ve been able to supply spare parts and technical assistance for the most popular hot-melt systems on the market.

 

 

We are able to supplyindustrial hot-melt systems for various jobs (closing boxes, piece assembly, Scratch-protection for ceramic , gluing of  large surfaces, etc) and for various branches (packaging, ceramics, woodworking, tissues, etc.)

Since 1997, our objective has been to realize innovative devices that are able to solve problems in a more efficient way compared to the normally used solutions. Our research and development department designs custom boards and systems progetta depending on the specific client’s requests, which can then be complete  with purpose-built softwares and apps .

Our variety of electronic products was designed to satisfy specific problems in the industrial automation connected with gluing. However, our products find jobs in multiple industries and various processes since the same problems that are presented in the adhesive usage show in every application that uses pneumatic, fluids, dust, and granules.

Emmeci Elettronica develops all support softwares and apps for their devices, to comply with the market and client’s needs in a faster and adaptable way.

Thanks to the strong connection with gluing systems, Emmeci Elettronica offers qualfified assistance not only on commercialized systems, but also on the systems that are produced and supplied by other companies. We are able to fulfill maintenance and repairs based on the client’s request even periodically through a maintenance contract.
