Opto-isolator for digital signals

MC-OPTO is an opto-isolated interface that can be used to transfer DC signals even at high speed.

It is particularly suitable for replacing electromechanical relays in applications requiring speed, repeatability and durability.

Possible applications:

– Conversion of PNP signals into NPN signals and vice versa

– Conversion of a low-voltage digital signal to a higher-voltage one and vice versa

– Transferring digital signals between different systems while maintaining galvanic isolation

– Increasing the output current of sensors or other digital systems that have low current outputs

The input of the MC-OPTO board is bidirectional, so it is able to carry out the signal transfer without problems of polarity of the control voltage.

By means of a selector it is possible to choose the input voltage between 2 different scales (5-15V and 12-30V).

Its compactness makes it suitable for use in systems where space is at a premium.
